The Veterans Outreach Program at the Opportunity Center in downtown El Paso also provides the following services:
- Employment Assistance
- Medical clinic
- Legal Assistance
- Educational Counseling (including Computer Literacy Training & ESL Programs)
- Battered ??
- DETOX/Rehabilitation Programs
- Crisis Counseling
- Housing Assistance
- Transportation assistance
- Identification Assistance (including DD214, State ID, and Birth Certificates)
- Veterans Benefits Assistance
